The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.02.2014 under Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Program (UYEGP) Scheme loan and sanction the loan within the stipulated time.

2. The petitioner states that she is a single women and her husband left her and she is working in a export textile company and maintaining her family. The petitioner submitted an application under the Scheme namely "Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Program" (UYEGP) loans from Nationalized Bank. The

grievances of the writ petitioner is that the application submitted by the petitioner on 12.02.2014 was not considered by the Respondent / Bank. It is contended that no decision was taken and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the case of the writ petitioner was considered by the respondents and they have conducted an enquiry and rejected the application in proceedings dated 12.11.2014 itself. The copy of the said order furnished by the respondents would reveal that the petitioner has furnished some false information and they found that the said information is not genuine. The said order dated 12.11.2014, reads as under:

"1.When we visited the address of Sub Contract Work order dated 06.10.2014 from M/s.Usha Company at 18 Dr Thomas Road, T.Nagar, Chennai and 35 Muthu Mudali Street, Royapettah, Chennai - 14, we found that the company is not in existence.

2.When we cross verified the Experience Certificate by M/s.O.M.Saravana Garment, MG Road, Kumaran Nagar, Padi, Chennai - 600 050. We found that company is not in existence in the given address. 3.When we visited the supplier M/s.Sri Balaji Agencies at 73, Kodambakkam Road, West Sidapet, Chennai, we found there is no such company in the given address.

4.When we made local enquires with one Mr.Ramesh Babu 116, 3rd Street, Ottagapalayam Vadapalani, Chennai, 600 026. We are informed by him that said Ms.Amul Devi is in habit of submitting false / bogus quotations and further said she will not start the unit for production purpose.

Hence, we regret to inform you that your application is declined."

In view of the fact that the application submitted by the petitioner was considered by the Competent Authorities and an order was passed on 12.11.2014 declining her request to entertain the application, the relief as such now sought for in the present writ petition deserves no merit consideration.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
