(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Having considered the averments, we find no public interest involved. Petitioner does not even say what is his profession. Moreover, it is alleged that 7th respondent, during the year 2021, formed a layout by violating

various rules, but a representation is given only on 06.03.2024 and the petition is affirmed only on 28.10.2024 and lodged on 06.01.2025. Therefore, we are not satisfied that any public interest is involved. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application also stands dismissed.
