Crl.M.P.No.1626 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.541 of 2021 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.No.541 of 2021 by order dated 06.12.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
