ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register an F.I.R., based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.01.2015 in C.S.R.No.74/CSR/PIPS/2015 dated 22.01.2015 and take necessary action according to law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.75/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
