Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 14.12.2020 within a stipulate time fixed by this Honorable Court, Consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent Sub Collector Ranipet to cancel the illegal forged Patta No.235 and to restore/issue the Patta No.493 in the name of petitioner in Old S.No.10/11, New S.No.10/11A measuring about to an extent of 17 Cents, 7 Ares situated at, Chengalnatham (Madura) RamapuramVillage, Sholinghur Taluk, Ranipet District. ORDER
The petitioner has preferred a representation dated 14.12.2020 before the second respondent for cancellation of patta and for re-issuance of patta in his name.
2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and made a statement on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
instructions that the enquiry is now underway and the next date of enquiry is scheduled to 19.02.2021 at 11.00 a.m. at the office of the second respondent.
3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
