This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to comply with the order dated 21.08.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.14 of 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Arakkonam and consequently to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Arakkonam, FIR has been registered in Crime No.23 of 2025 and it is pending investigation.
