ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Ashik Rahuman, aged about 27 years from the custody of third respondent before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Ashik Rahuman has gone missing and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure him.

3.Today, Ms.C.Vijaya Kumari, Inspector of Police, W35, All Women Police Station, Tambaram is present.

4.The Inspector of Police, W35, All Women Police Station, Tambaram filed a status report, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's husband left for Saudi Arabia on 08.10.2019 and employed there.
