This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.41 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent. 2.
Mr.N.R.Elango, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an inchoate / inccharge sheet has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions from Mrs.M.Sheeja Rani, Inspector of Police, Forgery Investigation Wing, CCB, Chennai, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been e-filed before the CCB Court, Egmore.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
