COMMON ORDER (1) The learned counsel for the petitioners states that all the petitions have become infructuous in view of the fact that the Calendar Cases, viz., CC.Nos.172, 179 and 180/2015 have been transferred to the State of Andhra Pradesh in view of the amendment to the Negotiable Instruments Act, with respect to the territorial jurisdiction.

(2) Recording such submission, all the Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioners to raise any legal ground before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
