Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 27.09.2021 in TP.No.TP.105642279/2021 on the file of the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 27.09.2021 in TP.No.TP.105642279/2021 on the file of the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Rajesh Vivekananthan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner owned property comprised in survey No.59/4 to an extent of 40 cents situated at Keezhkazhani Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. It was purchased by the sale deed dated 27.09.2021 from one, E.Thulasi for valid sale consideration. The said sale deed was presented for registration on 27.09.2021. However, the third respondent refused to register the same on the ground that one, R.Lingeshwaran raised objections. Even till today, it is kept pending without conducting enquiry.

Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party who raised objections for registration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders either to register the sale deed dated 27.09.2021 or to reject the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
