ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in and set aside the order dated 15.11.2022 in Criminal M.P.No.2779 of 2022 on the file of JM-I, Maduranthakam.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy where the domestic violence case is pending. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
