This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of POCSO cases, Chennai on every first working day of the English Calender month for three months in Crl.M.P. No.11613 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024 in Crl.O.P. No. 10057 of 2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of POCSO cases, Chennai on every first working day of the English Calender month for three months in Crl.M.P. No.11613 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024 in Crl.O.P. No. 10057 of 2024, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to 2/4

appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
