Bhuvaneshwari v. Subramania Gounder

From the Memo filed by Mr.K.Muthukumarasamy the learned counsel for the respondents 3, 6 to 8, it appears that the said Bhuvaneswari died four years ago. In that event, the application to bring L.Rs. of the deceased Mayilsamy Gounder, who is arrayed as the fifth respondent in the second appeal does not survive. Hence, all these applications are dismissed.
