This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.01.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is conducted and closed on 27.01.2014.
4. The respondent Police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
