ORDER
As per the directions issued by this Court dated 02.08.2017, today the Deputy Commissioner (Commercial Taxes), Zone-VI, Ms.A.Valli has filed an affidavit. The said affidavit is taken on record.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that his clients have instructed him to inform the Court that the refund voucher has been processed and it has reached the treasury and the refund is likely to be credited to the petitioner's bank account by 09.08.2017.
3. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the above submissions made by the petitioner may be recorded and the contempt petition can be closed.
