Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition of condition in Crl.OP.No.32767 of 2019 dated 05.12.2019 as a surety of Government servant and also to produce the local surety to the credit of Cr.No.270/2019 due to that the petitioner is unable to produce a surety of Government servant and also local surety the petitioner was not enlarged on bail.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SEENUVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.No.32767 of 2019 dated 05.12.2019 as a surety of Government servant and also to produce the local surety to the credit of Crime No.270 of 2019 due to that the petitioner is unable to produce a surety of Government and also local surety the petitioner was not enlarged on bail with common conditions.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) expressed no objection.

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32767 of 2019 dated 05.12.2019 is modified as (i) the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam, Thiruvarur District daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of one month and thereafter daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and (ii) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, in which one of the sureties must be a blood surety instead of Government surety. Another must be a local surety not produced in cases covered by the Orders passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.32749, 32768, 32769 and 32897 of 2019, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate Court. -sd/- 31/01/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
