ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing further survives for passing orders in the Writ Petition and she has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"Since the prayer sought in the present WP is become infructuous and therefore the WP may be dismissed as infructuous."
