ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 6(b) that "the petitioner shall stay at Trichy daily and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.33025 of 2025 ssi that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police" in Crl.O.P.No.33025 of 2025 dated 09.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33025 of 2025 dated 09.12.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
