This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the criminal case in C.C.No.100 of 2012 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Gobichettipalayam and quash the same and to allow the above Crl.O.P.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matter has been settled, hence, she seeks permission to withdraw this criminal original petition and she had also made the following endorsement to that effect:- "Matter is settled. May be permitted to withdraw this Crl.O.P."
