W.M.P.No.539 of 2023 in W.P.No.583 of 2023 W.M.P.No.539 of 2023 in W.P.No.583 of 2023 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'proceedings in SHRC Nos.8566 and 8942 of 2017 dated 26.09.2022 passed by the first respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that copy application was filed before the Registry of the State Human Rights Commission but the same is pending. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a portion of paragraph 12 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'''12......... I further submit that my counsel has applied copy application before registry of the 1st respondent same is pending ....'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
