The wife is the petitioner. She seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1733 of 2023 pending on the file of Family Court at Coimbatore to the file of Family Court at Chennai.

2. The petitioner and the respondent got married on 13.06.2021. From the wedlock they have a child, who is aged about 2 years. The respondent has initiated H.M.O.P.No.1733 of 2023 on the file of Principal Family Court at Coimbatore. With a new born, it will be a heavy burden on the wife to travel from Chennai to Coimbatore.

3. Notice was issued in the Tr.C.M.P and the respondent has entered appearance through Ms.R.Kavi Nilavu. She would state that the husband has no objection for transfer of the proceedings from Coimbatore to Chennai.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the wife is staying in Chennai and has a two year old child and also the fact that the husband has no objection, this Tr.C.M.P is allowed and the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.1733 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court at Coimbatore and transferred to the file of Family Court at Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.04.2024 Index : Yes/No gpa To 2/4
