This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27246 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the above said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
