Crl.M.P.No.10235 of 2016 and Crl.R.C.No.1162 of 2016 C.T.SELVAM, J Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.09.2016 has been duly complied with by petitioner.

2. Pursuant to the order, petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.199 of 2013 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi. He has also filed a copy of the receipt dated 06.10.2016.

3.Learned counsel for petitioner further submitted that in keeping with such order, petitioner has been released on bail. The matter was posted on 20.10.2016 towards recording compliance with earlier order dated 28.09.2016. However, fresh order for grant of suspension of sentence stand passed. In such circumstances, this Court is to record that as order dated 28.09.2010 has taken effect, the order of this Court dated 20.10.2016 may be treated as non-est. However, post the main case for disposal on 18.11.2016.
