ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the award passed in I.D.No.461/93 dated 19.05.1999 of the first respondent 1/14

and quash the same.

2. Since none of the counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner notice was ordered to the petitioner through Court and the same was returned with an endorsemnet "want of correct address". When the matter was listed for hearing on 22.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 24.02.2023 (today) under the caption ''for dismissal''. When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
