O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue K.Tamilarasi, daughter of S.Kathirvel, aged about 22 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.
2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police. The father of the alleged detenue, the petitioner herein and the second respondent are also present before this Court.
3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is aged about 22 years and according to her, the second respondent is her husband. However, she expressed her willingness to go along with her father/the petitioner herein.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue, a major, that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition and the alleged detenue is permitted to go along with her father/the petitioner herein.
