Crl.M.P.No.645 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25860 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, Cuddalore Old Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25860 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
