.. Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Ramesh Babu, son of Vanaraj, aged 38 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu has filed this habeas corpus petition pursuant to the complaint made, seeking his production.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent.
3.Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), on instructions, submitted that the detenu left on his own apprehending action from his creditors.
4.Today, the petitioner and the detenu are present. Inasmuch as the detenu has been secured and he left the matrimonial home https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on his own for the reasons best known to him, we do not find any illegal detention involved. The detenu has also agreed to go along with the petitioner.
5.In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed and the detenu is set at liberty.
