ORDER

The present Application has been filed to allow the application and amend the decree and judgment passed on 30.07.2025 by this Court in O.P.No.737 of 2024 by changing the description of Exhibits P15 to copy of the passbook in Post Office A/c.No.20186 (MSS-87).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied with the same, the Application is ordered as prayed for.

4. As a sequel, the Registry is directed to replace "Saligramam Branch" to "Vadapalani Branch" as the address of the Post Office branch in Ex.P15 and issue a fresh order copy to the petitioner.
