No. PPA/WDCN 05/08656/2019 dated 19.12.2019 on the file of the Second Respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to issue a direction to the Respondents to forthwith issue Planning Permission and Building Permission to the Petitioner for the premises at New Nos. 11 and 13, Old Nos. 20 and 21, comprised in R.S. No. 7938/1 and 7938/2, Ramanan Street, V.O.C. Nagar, Sowcarpet, Chennai - 600 079, without insisting the Petitioner to execute the handover a Gift Deed and to handover the area earmarked (11.80 Sq. meters) for the proposed road widening and to allow us to carry out the construction over the area excluding the area meant for the proposed road widening.
