This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as one of the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner herein is the victim and only based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, the Sub Registrar( Second Respondent) in main O.P. has lodged a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Perunthurai and hence the petitioner herein is a necessary party in the above Criminal Original Petition.

3. Considering the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
