This petition has been filed to serve notice to the respondent by substituted service by publication in any Tamil News paper of Chennai Edition.

2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court permitted the appellant to take paper publication in any one of the tamil daily circulated within the locality of the respondent for hearing on 08.03.2024.

3.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.
