ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28124 of 2024, dated 12.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 pm for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every saturday at 10.30 am until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28124 of 2024, dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when requried, until further orders.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 10-01-2025 To The Inspector of Police,Tamil Nadu Kuvagam Police Station, Ariyalur District, Crime No. 723 of 2024.
