This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a direction to the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2020.

2. When the case is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in consonance to the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2020, a First Information Report has been registered in Cr.No.4 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his prayer has been complied with, hence, no order is required to be passed by this Court.
