These Criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to 1st and 2nd respondents by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2022 & 12.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.23917 of 2022 and 11075 of 2022 respectively. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that after filing FIR and after issuing notice under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C., the 1st and 2nd respondents appeared before the 3rd respondent Police and they are now co-operating for investigation. 3.
