The defendants residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The parties have entered into Memorandum of Understanding dated 14.02.2016, wherein, they have agreed for the jurisdiction of Chennai civil Court. Since the value of the suit is Rs.2,98,26,846/-, the Original Side Jurisdiction of this Court has to try the case. Hence leave is granted.
