These are applications to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring the LRs of the deceased appellant on record.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. The delay is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the LRs are brought on record. Accordingly, the petitions stand allowed.
