2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the present writ petition is filed as against the interim order passed by the Labour Court, however, subsequently, final order has been passed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
