Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of revised scales of pay in the category of Work Inspector Grades-III/II at Rs.975-1660 and at Rs.1200-2040 on completion of 10 years of such services respectively as per G.O.Ms.No.250 Finance (CMPC) Department dated 21.03.1994 and with consequential revision as per the appropriate revised scales of pay on notional basis and to revise and re-fix the same on par with the other Work Inspectors as had been made in G.O.Ms.No.286, PW (C2) Department dated 13.12.2005 and G.O.Ms.No.297, PW (C2) Department dated 14.09.2007 and to extend all benefits arising thereto forthwith and to appropriately fix the pension thereto.

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of revised scales of pay in the category of Work Inspector Grades-III/II at Rs.975-1660 and at Rs.12002040 on completion of 10 years of such services respectively as per G.O.Ms.No.250, Finance (CMPC) Department dated 21.03.1994 and with consequential revision as per the appropriate revised scales of pay on notional basis and to revise and re-fix the same on par with the other Work Inspectors as had been made in G.O.Ms.No.286, PW (C2) Department dated 13.12.2005 and G.O.Ms.No.297, PW (C2) Department dated 14.09.2007 and to extend all benefits arising and to appropriately fix the pension.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents by taking to the counter affidavit and submitted that this Court dismissed the writ petition in W.P.No.3872 of 2018 on 21.02.2018 filed by Thiru.D.Vincent and 79 others, which was filed for the similar relief. The
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted a copy of the writ petition in W.P.No.3872 of 2018 dated 21.02.2018.
3. The petitioners have sought for re-fixation of pay, which was already declined by this Court in the above said writ petition and the same has become final. Therefore, no orders can be passed in this writ petition as well.
