This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to pay the Conveyance Allowance with arrears from November 2008 to till date. 2.When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.10.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter was listed on 20.10.2023 also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 30.10.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today also i.e on 30.10.2023, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.
