(through video conference) Heard Mr. V.Raghavachari, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Sathish Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

It is informed by the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents that the proposal to conduct any business in the premises at Plot No. 6, Patel Road, Ram Nager, Coimbatore - 641 009, has been dropped as per letter in Na.Ka.No.2028/(71)/2018/Aarvi.5 dated 28.10.2020 received by him from the Respondents, which has been placed on record. 2/4

In such circumstances, there is no necessity to proceed further with the contempt proceedings for violation of the interim order dated 21.12.2018 in W.M.P.No. 39800 of 2018 in W.P.No. 34255 of 2018 passed by this Court.
