CMP.No.2016/2008 in S.A.No.612/1996 TKRJ This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents/ proposed respondents 7 to 10 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent-Muthusamy Gounder. The factum of the case and the death of the first respondent are not in dispute.
