It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Arni, on 30.09.2007. However, due to some defects, the charge sheet was returned to the respondent and thereafter, the respondent did not rectify the charge sheet and represent the same before the Judicial Magistrate, Arni. Therefore, the Judicial Magistrate, Arni, dismissed the case on 23.03.2015 on the ground of limitation.
