This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation sent by the fourth respondent school through email dated 24.12.2024 to grant exemption to Master Ramkishore M., S/o Mr.C.Marichamy and M.Rameshwari, from writing the second language (Tamil) in the SSE2025 Secondary School Examination, Tenth (X) Standard, Central Board of Secondary Education under Section 17(i) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
