JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.) Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants, on receiving oral instructions, stated that since the first respondent/lessee has handed over the land in question to the Executive Officer of the second respondent Temple, nothing survives in this appeal.

2. Even in paragraph-9 of the impugned order, it is stated that possession has been given to the Executive Officer of the Temple. Therefore, recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
