2. This petition is ordered and the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree in O.S. No.86 of 2017 dated 06.03.2020, on the file of SubCourt, Uthangarai, is dispensed with for the present on condition that the petitioner/appellant should apply and get the certified copy of the judgment and decree of the Trial Court and the file the same as and when it is obtained.
