ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.275 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent police and to file final report within the time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
