(CR.NO.94/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No. 6(a) the petitoner directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Registered Advocate clerks Association, Pondicherry, within a period of two weeks from the dated of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the court below order passed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No. 24491 / 2021 on 16.12.2020 in order to deposit some amount and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. .ANBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.24491 of 2021 on 16.12.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Registered Advocate Clerks Association, Pondicherry. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit the amount as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
