The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22783 of 2021 by order dated 02.12.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.341 of 2022 seeking to relax the said condition and this Court by order dated 19.01.2022 modified the condition as to report before the respondent police once in a month. But in the order copy, it is inadvertently mentioned as to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday. Hence, he would pray for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submission, the 3rd paragraph of the order in Crl.M.P.No.341 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22783 of 2021 dated 19.01.2022 shall be read as follows;

3. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
