Seeking to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 17.03.2017 made in W.P.No.30008 of 2016, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court dated 17.03.2017 has been duly complied with and he has also produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Chengalpet, in Pa.Mu.No.2292/A2/2017, dated 18.04.2018.

3. Placing on record the above said proceedings in Pa.Mu.No.2292/A2/2017, dated 18.04.2018 and recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
