(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu to grant leave for a period of 15 days to the detenu Pappachi @ Papanna @ Papuraj, son of Gowrappa, Life Convict No.24178, now https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
confined in Central Prison, Vellore for attending the marriage of the detenu's son, which was solemnized on 28.06.2015. 2.This Court, on 25.06.2015, granted parole to the detenu Pappachi @ Papanna @ Papuraj, son of Gowrappa, from 06.00 a.m. on 27.06.2015 to 6.00 p.m. on 02.07.2015 for attending his son's marriage. The Registry was also directed to post the matter on 03.07.2015 for reporting compliance.
3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to Central Prison, Vellore, on 02.07.2015 at 5.00 p.m., itself.
4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed.
